**Your opportunity**
As the Tax Analyst you will be working in a professional and experienced in-house Tax Team to deliver efficient tax compliance and advisory services to relevant stakeholders.
- Review of information for preparation and lodgment of Company / Trust / AMIT income tax and FBT returns in Australia and New Zealand.
- Assisting with training of Finance staff in the preparation of data and information for income Tax / FBT returns.
- Research of direct and indirect tax issues and delivery of advice to relevant stakeholders.
- Assisting with design and implementation of new tax processes, including automation of processes.
- Oversight of the maintenance of the Group’s tax fixed asset registers.
- Maintenance of the Group’s CGT registers.
- Assisting with responses to requests for information from revenue authorities.
**What will set you apart from the rest?**
- 1-2 years’ experience providing tax compliance and advisory services in a Big 4 / Mid-Tier accounting firm or ASX-listed Group
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships across various business units.
- Data analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to provide accurate and commercial tax advice
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Working towards CA/CPA qualification
