**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
ADCO are looking to speak with HSE Advisors across our commercial new build sectors. You will be project based assisting the site teams with HSE procedures.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct routine HSE inspections, monitoring and analysis of work areas and engage with subcontractors to build strong working relationships.
- Undertake incident investigations and ensure that the cause analysis and all reported is completed.
- Monitor compliance with the HSE systems and processes and provide operational support to the project team.
- Providing project leaders, site supervisors and workers with specialist guidance and advocate for positive work health and safety change.
- Monitor and provide advice and training for compliance to support the effective implementation of WHS legislation, policies and procedures.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Applicants are required to have a safety background in commercial construction
- Minimum of three years experience as a safety advisor, or in equivalent role
