**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Location: Bells Creek, Caloundra**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our team in **Bells Creek.** This role will facilitate a smooth operation of the Bells Creek Site daily by performing a variety of administration tasks whilst providing excellent customer service.

**YOUR RESPONSILBITIES**
- Visitor and Contractor reception and inductions.
- Traffic direction for deliveries and collections.
- Procurement tasks such as data entry, monitoring payments and preparing purchase orders.
- Assisting the Site Leadership Team with administrative support.
- Maintaining all office and facility supplies inventory, replenishing as required.
- Directing phone calls as required.
- Coordination of mandatory training as directed.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role in a related industry.
- Proficiency in IT solutions and office software.
- Experience in Microsoft AX or similar ERP software is an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
