**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**LOCATION - BELLS CREEK, CALOUNDRA**

We are constructing a new purpose-built food processing and retail facility equipped with internationally sourced high efficiency kit at Bells Creek, Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast. Our goal is to source the best talent and establish a fresh culture to drive business growth, producing innovative food solutions for sale across Australia and the world.

**ABOUT YOU**
- A passion for helping and supporting employees.
- Meat Industry experience is essential.
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Training experience in a similar environment.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment desirable.
- Unlimited working rights within Australia.
- Ability to work alongside a diverse workforce.
- Drivers licence and reliable vehicle, or reliable means of getting to work.
- Vaccinated (or willing to be) against Q Fever.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Successfully support, develop and engage with new team members into the business.
- Deliver high quality coaching techniques that deliver capability improvement with mínimal disruption to the production throughput and output.
- Ensure team members thoroughly understand their role, including quality assurance and work processes, techniques and practices.
- Deliver site floor inductions for new or transferring employees.
- Ensure compliance with KGF work instructions, policies and procedures.
- Consistently monitor and observe work practices to identify opportunities for coaching, training and development.
- Spend time with new and existing employees, including regular checks on our new employees.

**REMUNERATION**

Competitive hourly rate on offer.

**ROSTER**

Kilcoy Cuisine Solutions are a Monday to Friday operation, with staggered start times to suit your lifestyle.
- 5:30am - 1:00pm
- 6:30am - 2:00pm
