- **Duties**:

- Configure, maintain, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Desk)
- Identify procedural efficiencies, such as with Jira Workflows, custom fields, dashboards etc.
- Create and implement unique and customised workflows and processes.
- Devise, test, and deploy integrations between Atlassian products and other internal tool chains.
- Conduct training for employees and new hires on Jira operation, including briefing teams on new functionalities.
- Create procedural documentation to support the maintenance and use of Atlassian products.
- Research and implement new approaches on Jira and Confluence usage.
- Prompt issue resolution with Jira Projects and Confluence.
- Evaluation and management of the usage of Atlassian add-ons.

**To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated the following experience**:
1. In the configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Desk), including the devising, testing, and deploying integrations between Atlassian products.
- 2. Identifying procedural efficiencies, such as with Jira Workflows, custom fields, dashboards, including the creation and implementation of unique and customised workflows and processes.
- 3. Writing for a variety of audiences and purposes, including the creation of procedural documentation to support the maintenance and use of Atlassian products.
- 4. Liaising with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating workshops, eliciting business requirements and conducting training on Jira operation and new functionalities.
- 5. Highly developed problem-solving and investigative skills in a technical environment, including research and implementation of new approaches on Jira and Confluence usage
- 6. Issue resolution with Jira Projects and Confluence.
