Compositing Supervisor

We currently have an opportunity for a Compositing Supervisor to join the team.

**Expected Tasks**:

- Work closely with leads and artists to ensure productions are delivered as expected and to a high standard
- Oversee the daily activities and capabilities of the compositing team
- Ability to positively receive and implement constructive feedback to improve your skills and work
- Enhance the quality of the rendered elements through colour grading, depth of field adjustments, and other post-processing techniques.
- Ensure the final output meets the highest standards of visual excellence and adheres to the project's artistic vision
- Mentor compositing artists in creative/technical procedures and workflows
- Adhere to project timelines and production schedules
- Ensuring all work follows studio policies and guidelines

**Essential Skills**:

- Strong Knowledge of compositing within Adobe After Effects
- Proven experience as a 3D Compositor or similar role in the VFX or animation industry
- Solid understanding of visual effects, lighting, and rendering processes to ensure realistic integration of elements.
- Strong eye for colour, lighting, and composition, with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
