In the capacity of a Centre Leader at Voyage Education, the Child Care Centre Manager assumes a pivotal role in the growth and development of the childcare center.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Leadership: The Child Care Centre Manager leads and inspires a team of dedicated educators to establish a positive and engaging atmosphere for children.
- Curriculum Development: This role involves designing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum activities that foster the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
- Staff Development: The Child Care Centre Manager mentors and guides staff members, cultivating a culture of ongoing learning and professional development.
- Parent Communication: Establishing and maintaining open communication with parents is essential, ensuring transparency and collaboration in each child's developmental journey.
- Safety and Compliance: The Child Care Centre Manager is responsible for ensuring the childcare center's adherence to all licensing regulations and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for the children.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents encouraged to apply.
- An ACECQA recognized bachelor degree in Early Education and Care.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the role.
- A strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- A valid Working With Children Check.
