We are a leading provider of aged care services, dedicated to delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our Care team at our Moran Sylvania home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality nursing care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. This includes developing and implementing individualized care plans, providing clinical services such as wound management and medication management, and liaising with medical and allied health professionals.

As a key member of our Care team, you will work collaboratively with our Clinical Leadership team to provide comprehensive care to our residents. You will also be responsible for supervising and supporting our Personal Care Workers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering excellent care and support to our residents. Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents
  • Providing clinical services such as wound management, medication management, and palliative care
  • Liaising with medical and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Supervising and supporting Personal Care Workers to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Current Registration with AHPRA
  • Caring and empathetic approach to care
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently within a team
  • Proficient level of verbal and written communication
