**About the Role**:
With continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, and qualified and trainer and assessor to join our team as a Permanent full time Trainer and Assessor to deliver BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management online.

This is a great opportunity for a passionate Trainer and Assessor to utilise their expert knowledge and passion to deliver BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management to emerging leaders within the Aged Care and Disability sector. Your collaborative and caring approach will support individuals to complete a qualification where they have the capacity to deliver exceptional care to the community services population to improve their lives

**About you**:
You are a passionate Business Trainer and Assessor who can engage, captivate, and motivate your target audience. You will be innovative in how you deliver a training package whilst maintaining a focus on compliance for accredited training and assessment. Your previous experience delivering online programs will see you deliver, guide, add value and experience to the learning process for emerging leaders in the aged care and disability sector.

**Essential Criteria**:
Current qualifications to deliver the above qualification - BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or higher
Relevant and current industry experience in Leadership and Management
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
Demonstrated experience in the online delivery and assessment of training programs.
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in relevant vocational industry including demonstrated experience in training and assessment in a competency-based training environment.
An understanding of nationally endorsed Training Packages and accredited courses.
Demonstrated experience with VET Quality Framework and understanding of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015.
High level of interpersonal and communications skills
Proficiency in using learning management systems such as Canvas.
Working with Children Check
Experience working within the Aged Care or Disability sector will be highly regarded
