**Requirements**:

- Previous Manager or Supervisor experience
- Excellent Barista Skills ( Minimum 3 years experience required )
- A Peoples Person with a positive can do attitude.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers and delegate colleagues.
- Must have experience in ordering stock, Rostering and hiring
- Must have experience in Grinder Calibration

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Joondalup, WA 6027: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Manager: 2 years (preferred)
- Barista: 3 years (preferred)
- Supervising: 2 years (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
