The Role:
As a Café Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Franchisee Owner and duties will include
- Rostering, Order, Customer Service Management and Training
- Serving various Specialty Coffee and Hot Drinks
- Serving customers and using the POS
- Engaging with your team and customers alike

**Skills & Experience**:

- Peoples person with a positive, can do attitude
- Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers
- Previous experience in café managment ( 1 Year )

**What's on Offer**:
The Manager Position is Full Time. The store will operate between shopping centre hours Monday to Sunday - you must be available for a rotating roster which will include weekends.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $34.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lakeside Joodalup

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
- Café Management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia

Work Location: In person

**Salary**: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
