We have a unique opportunity for a Social Medica Coordinator to join an exciting fashion brand. This role allows you to showcase your full potential across the marketing function while witnessing instant results in a fast-moving retail environment.

**Your New Role**:
This is not an entry-level role, you will be hitting the ground running with an established brand, ideally, you are career motivated and looking to grow in your career and responsibility. Day to day you will work with the Marketing Manager and liaise across all areas of the business.
- Create captivating content for social media platforms and the brand's website.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement and enhance brand visibility.
- Regularly analyse data from Meta and Google Analytics to understand audience behaviour and track campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimise social media strategies and improve results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure effective and innovative social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and data analytics.
- Proficiency in accessing and interpreting data from Meta and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and engagement techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead in the dynamic digital marketing landscape.
