**Salary** - $139,787.00 - $161,663.00pa, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

**Your role**

In the Staff Support, Culture and Wellbeing team, our mission is to do purposeful work that makes a difference for the staff in Corrective Services NSW, so we can all have a positive impact on rehabilitating the people in our care.

The Senior Culture and Wellbeing Advisor leads the development and implementation of workplace culture and wellbeing programs, initiatives and supports to contribute to creating a safe and respectful workplace. This is an integral role for Corrective Services NSW where you’ll have the responsibility to influence change, help our colleagues to bring their best self to work, and provide tailored support to them along the way.

In 2024 we are embarking on exciting work that supports our mission and throughout your work, you’ll manage initiatives that really matters to your colleagues.

- Your qualifications in a relevant area or demonstrated professional experience in an equivalent role.
- Your expertise in understanding the drivers and mitigations of negative workplace behaviours and restorative practices to positively impact culture and wellbeing within a human services environment.
- Your practice experience in addressing negative workplace behaviours and implementing and evaluating specific initiative design and evaluation.
- Your exceptional stakeholder engagement experience in a frontline or human service environment.
- Your passion and proven capability in implementing evidence informed people related change strategies.
- Your integrity driven leadership experience and strategic thinking approach in everything you do.
- Your commitment to supporting organisational change, ongoing professional development and adaptability in the way you learn, work and support your team and our organisation.
