The Enterprise Learning Delivery Team is a nationally governed, but geographically dispersed group of learning professionals. The team are the primary delivery group for training in the agency, offering the delivery of Leadership Programs (including Learn2Lead and Lead2Inspire), health and wellbeing, corporate, and management training.

The APS5 Facilitator role involves facilitating and delivering training programs to Services Australia staff at all levels via face-to-face or virtual classroom.

- High quality delivery of enterprise learning courses and programs, including leadership, performance and wellbeing in a virtual and face to face delivery environment.
- Invest in our capability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the learning delivery experience for participants, facilitators and guest speakers is simple and helpful.
- Build and maintain respectful and transparent engagement with key stakeholders.
- Follow and adhere to our team charter.
- Communication, both written and verbal, is clear and tailored for the required purpose.

**Work Environment**

This job will require both virtual and face to face delivery and may require some travel.
