**The Company**
An opportunity for a Customer Service professional with experience in sales support and/or account management, has presented to join a leading distributor, to work with a set region of customers so as to enable the ability to build relationships, working Monday-Friday in their Hemmant operation.

**The Role**
Positioned within a team of 6-7 in Head Office, you will join a reputable business in the the throes of expansion, with a values based feel.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Input Sales Orders from a preplanned account call cycle with **_no_** cold calling whatsoever;
- Ensure accuracy of data and customer detail currency in the CRM;
- Assist customers with routine queries such as order discrepancies, credit status, stock availability and pricing;
- Effectively follow-up with stakeholders where committed; and
- Optional opportunity to undertake project work for additional hours _if you so desire _(voluntary) - such as updating and maintaining customer details, performing data audits and customer verification.
- Demonstrated previous experience in Customer Service roles with exposure to sales orders being advantageous though not essential;
- Exemplary attitude and proven skills building strong and positive relationships with stakeholders and the ability to identify needs or suggest new product releases to your current trading customers, offering the opportunity to be more strategic;
- All the inherent customer centric traits such as excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills coupled with a "can do", flexible, collaborative approach

In return you will receive 1:1 training provided by the Customer Relations Manager in a tailored approach, no credit management responsibilities with a dedicated function to manage this aspect and encouragement to facilitate the holistic account management of your customers, enabling a more strategic, ownership focused ethos.
