**About the role**:
This role will be on a fixed-term basis for 3 months.

As Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative and operational support to ensure accuracy of system data in compliance with our regulatory requirements.

Some of your key tasks will include:

- Screening, matching and placing community services students onto field placement opportunities
- Connecting, engaging, and supporting a diverse range of international students to achieve placement requirements
- Providing clear, trusted, and timely communication with the ability to adapt interpersonal skills
- Agency relationship management

**About you**

Qualifications, Experience, Skills, Knowledge
- Diploma of Business Administration, or equivalent
- Experience in an administrative role within the higher education or vocation training sector
- Knowledge and experience in working with Higher Education Data Collection guidelines & TCSI are desirable.
- Proficient computer skills including experience with Student Management Systems (RTO Manager preferably) and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to details and ability to multitask effectively.
