IB&M’s success rests on the effective implementation of our strategic initiatives. QDATs (Quants, Data, Analytics and Technology) purpose is to lead IB&M’s strategy via a centre of excellence using data, mathematics, insights and technology to deliver exceptional results for our clients and the wider Group

This role is part of QDAT’s business representation across IB&M’s Data Platform at a Product Owner capacity. The IB&M Data Platform enables downstream consumers in achieving their data needs across Front Office, Customer, Market Risk, Credit Risk, and Regulatory Change outcomes

**Do work that matters**:
As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in delivering outcomes aligned with the platform’s strategy along with high value business outcomes. You will be a key contributor in managing a part of our product portfolio in line with our business roadmap, growth, compliance, and risk objectives

You will collaborate effectively to:

- Assist the platform’s Business Owner to manage prioritisation and delivery of initiatives in accordance with value to IB&M and the Group.
- Groom and manage a platform backlog capturing deliverables to be executed with engineering teams, presented via Sprint Planning.
- Run and/or contribute to relevant forums within the platform, set up to communicate with our stakeholder groups.
- Provide business representation and sign-offs to outcomes of the platform prior to delivery to consumers.
- Drive a continuous improvement and customer first mind-set across the platform.
- Optimise business analysis delivery processes such as requirement elicitation and capture, workshop facilitation, and management of non-functional requirements.
- Step in as required to support hands-on analysis activities, especially during Discover and Inception phases.
- Grow and support the squad’s performance to defined objectives including OKR tracking.

**We’re interested in hearing from people who have**:

- Sound Global Markets domain knowledge - IR/FI/FX/Commodities Products, Platforms, and Dealing Lifecycle.
- Previous experience working in an Agile delivery environment. Utilising Agile delivery tools such as JIRA.
- Data Management domain knowledge desirable - ab Initio, Snowflake, other supporting technology, and distribution methods
- Previous experience working within domains including Front Office, Customer, Market Risk, Credit Risk, and Regulatory Change is desirable.
