We have an outstanding opportunity for a PMO Lead with a strong background in telecommunications domain to join this large program of work.

To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in large enterprise environments:
The PMO Lead is responsible for supporting a number of projects running concurrently within the team. You will support shaping, scoping, production of budgets, schedules and resource plans to initiate a project, and then support tracking of engagements and ongoing resource requirements.

Core capabilities:
Monitoring and tracking actual progress, comparing to baseline and reporting against key milestones to the Manager.

Produce both End and Start of Week reports for circulation to Executive Directors and Steering Committee members

Draft weekly Execution Forum Pack and analysed operational metrics to determine whether course correction discussions / actions were required; attended and minuted meetings

Track progress and status of pipeline initiatives and updated relevant materials / packs / schedules

Maintain project SharePoint sites

Own the RAID Management, including Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies

Own and update the change registers

Produce daily dashboard reports / initiative stage gate reports

Providing the management team with day-to-day visibility of upcoming tasks and potential resource conflicts and/or opportunities for schedule synergies

Ability to collaborate with other work groups, build rapport with teams.

Strong attention to detail.

Able to manage task allocations and track actions/deliverables, including tracking of tasks/actions set for others.

Experience with the following tools: SharePoint, MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio

Other general coordination duties as required; assisting in the preparation of project status reports, stakeholder presentations and team communications, documenting, monitoring and reporting all risks, issues and actions associated with the technical delivery of the project
