**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Centre Manager to join our team, tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Work Studio. The role entails delivering exceptional customer service and upholding high levels of member satisfaction.

This is an on-site position based in Sunshine, Victoria. The role directly reports to the Business Directors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, maintaining a high standard of professionalism while continually seeking opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Manage company finances, including budget forecasting, processing accounts receivable invoices promptly, and sending fortnightly income reports.
- Contribute to the planning and review of services and memberships while setting priorities and office service standards.
- Conduct regular safety checks to uphold Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with WHS audit obligations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders through internal and external networking, fostering new business opportunities and operational success.
- Plan and coordinate staffing schedules in advance to ensure optimal support for a seamless customer experience.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the operational team, ensuring consistent delivery of services.
- Manage the reservation system and anticipate customer needs and tailor service accordingly.
- Greet members and their guests upon arrival and escort them to their designated meeting rooms promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all facility areas, ensuring adequate stock levels are kept.

**About You**
- Have at least two years of experience in the same role or similar sector (highly desirable)
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in liaising with internal customers and external vendors (highly desirable)
- Be passionate in providing exceptional customer service
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and duties
- Be proficiency in MS Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint (desirable)
- Be able to work in fast paced environment
- Be familiar with OfficeRND or similar booking platforms

- 8 hour shift
