**The Role**

As a 3IC within our Flagship Pitt Street, you will be responsible for providing exceptional, world-class customer service to create a unique and memorable JD shopping experience. You will also be responsible for inspiring and leading your team on the shop floor through coaching, mentoring, and leading from the front with a positive and passionate attitude.

The 3IC is responsible for contributing to the store’s success, by driving the team to hit all key financial KPIs. This can only be achieved through a customer-centric, commercial, and ‘people first’ mindset.

You are responsible for, but not limited to the following:

- Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive all key financial KPIs and deliver growth on a budget
- Utilise company reporting to identify trade opportunities and implement action plans
- Assist the instore Visual Merchandise team to complete weekly VM direction
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to execute sale launches
- Recruit, Induct, and develop team members to build bench strength for future expansion
- Uphold company retail standards and deliver visual excellence
- Manage customer experience standards in the store through effective floor supervision
- Work with the BOH team to deliver shop floor product availability and operational excellence
- Lead and develop teams to deliver consistency across business intelligence

**Who You Are**
- Previous retail experience in a key holder or leadership role preferred
- Customer focused and passionate to learn
- Collaborator and results-driven
- Loves sports fashion brands and is enthusiastic about sharing your knowledge with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Availability to work any day across Monday to Sunday including late-night trade
