Working within the Creative Content team, in your role as a Creative Operations Manager you will be the key business contact for Creative Agency partners and managing the operations across the Studio Content team, focusing on driving efficiencies and value to the business. The role will manage the prioritisation and workflow for the creative agencies and Studio Content team, as well as supporting Creative Agency partners and studio with pre-production and execution.

This role will act as a business partner to marketing teams and other relevant business units, leading each project from briefing through to execution of deliverables for campaigns that require significant design, video or photography production.

You are a confident and innovative team player who loves to collaborate, and understands the importance of operational efficiencies. A self-starter who continually works on your own professional development to ensure that your knowledge and skills are up to date.

You’ll have:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in relevant role(s) including production, marketing and creative agencies.- A proven track record of process improvement for efficiencies in a large marketing/production organisation.- Intimate understanding of production process across video, photography and design to drive creative resources to effective output.- Strategic business acumen with a results driven attitude.- Strong people leadership skills with experience driving high performing teams.- Exceptional project management skills; including workflow process management, planning, resource and budget management and time management skills.- Superior stakeholder management skills including effective use of negotiation to affect positive business outcomes.- Strong communication skills, with an ability to manage stakeholders of varying levels of creative expertise and experience through complex processes and engagements.- Capability to deliver creative and innovative solutions to business challenges.- Ability to rapidly learn and adjust to new concepts, technologies and capabilities.- A pro-active and can-do attitude, passion for travel and a proven track record in creating effective and engaging customer communications.- Ability to think ‘big-picture’, be innovative and actively participate in team brainstorming and ideations.- Work well under pressure of tight deadlines and across multiple projects.
