Training Officer

**Some of your responsibilities will include**: - Deliver large, complex training initiatives, particularly those in high pressure, deadline-driven, multi-site environments. Provide training expertise in the development of the training plan, training needs analysis that will support the transition to the SAP ECC6 roG solution across internal and external stakeholder groups. Develop a suite of training materials relevant to the delivery model for each stakeholder group. Develop and design a range of comprehensive financial training sessions and materials including trainer guides, workbooks, and PowerPoint presentations to assist participants in achieving learning outcomes. Oversee logistics to ensure the necessary training infrastructures (including training environments) are in place to support training activities aligned to the transition of the SAP ECC6 roG solution. Provide authoritative advice to the Project Manager and Organisational Change Manager, on a broad range of training issues.
