**Role overview**

You will join a dynamic and diverse team of individuals with local and international experience and work on city-shaping strategic transport planning, public transport and active transport planning projects.

**Responsibilities include**
You will join the Integrated Transport and Mobility team located in Melbourne. In this role, you will assist on a variety of key infrastructure projects and create valuable solutions to shape VIC’s transport planning infrastructure and pipeline. You will have the chance to work collaboratively within multi-discipline team and across the broader company. In addition, you will be:

- Assisting in the delivery of services in strategic transport planning and transport planning projects
- Supporting project management responsibilities on projects, including direct client engagements
- Assisting in general business development and winning work
- Building relationships with other teams across the organisation

**Preferred skills and experience**
- A relevant tertiary qualification and 4-6 years of local or international experience in transport planning.
- Demonstratable experience in public transport planning, active transport planning, or pedestrian planning and modelling
- Ability to provide analytical insight on data heavy projects
- Skills in project management, e.g. resourcing, financial, risk and safety
- Strong interpersonal collaboration and communication skill
- Passion to learn and work with eminent industry experts
