**Customer Experience Designer, Ongoing, locations are flexible across NSW with hybrid working**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Experience Designer to join the Customer Experience team within Strategy and Innovation in Revenue NSW.

***To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:

- Proven experience in conducting qualitative research including preparation, customer recruitment, execution and synthesising key customer insights
- Ability to partner closely with technology, product, and business teams to co-design feasible, practical and cost-effective solutions to identified problems
- Prior knowledge in documenting customer journey maps and service blueprints
- The ability to act as a customer advocate to understand and anticipate what customers need in order to enhance the customer experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills required to communicate with various audience groups through written documentation, presentations and workshop facilitation

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at $101,947 base plus superannuation
