**About the Role**:
Responsibilities within this role include, but are not limited to:
- Perform a variety of day to day administrative and support services that are routine in nature and directed by the Principal or the Business Manager.
**Additional Tasks**:
- Booking appointments for new enrolments;
- Administration Office Reception including providing initial enrolment paperwork and/or advice, as required;
- Ordering stationary;
- Data entry in OneSchool regarding contacts with parents and home visits.
- Update student records and maintain school files;
- Key Register;
- First Aid - where trained and the officer agrees.
When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
