Workshop Coordinator

**About the Role**
Crown Equipment is seeking a dedicated Workshop Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our service workshop. In this role, you will ensure efficient workflow, manage scheduling, and provide exceptional support to our mechanics and customers alike.
**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and schedule all workshop activities, including repairs and maintenance services.
- Assist in managing the workshop team, ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, parts inventory, and customer communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any service-related issues.
- Work closely with the service manager to identify areas for improvement in workshop processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a similar coordination or administrative role within a workshop or technical environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and workshop management software.
- A valid driver’s license.
