Plastics Moulding Assembly Worker

Dandenong, Australia Express Staffing Consultants Full time

We are currently seeking an experienced **Plastics Moulding** **Assembler** to join our **manufacturer **located in the **South-East** suburbs of Melbourne.

This is a **casual temporary **position and you will be required to commit to Dayshift hours, Monday to Friday.

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Setting and operating machinery
- Ensuring efficient productivity on the line
- General production labouring as required (including packing & sorting of products)
- Quality control

**To be eligible for these positions you must meet the following criteria**:

- Previous Assembly experience highly regarded.
- A good mechanical aptitude and ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Have a positive attitude and be able to work well in a team enviroment
- The ability to use different hand tools and ancillary equipment
- A high attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
- Own reliable transport (essential)
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including your own pair of safety shoes, High Visibility Vest and appropriate Work Wear

**Salary**: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Assembly: 1 year (preferred)
- Machine operation: 1 year (preferred)
- Plastic injection moulding: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
