**About the role**
- The role of the Engineer Manager Control Systems will be responsible for developing and establishing the framework to support the needs of the engineering streams.
- Develop the systems engineering related documentation, process guidelines to support the business.
- Support tender preparation, planning and response in the systems engineering field for Major Projects;
- Manage and deliver project from tender to commission;
- Coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders to ensure correct execution of the nominated Plans and processes.
- Provide project specific support, particularly during project setup for novel/complex projects as directed by the Chief Engineer;
- Undertake any adhoc projects, initiative, tasks as directed by the Chief Engineer.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in a related engineering or business discipline;
- Qualifications in System Engineering (preferred)
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the engineering industry using systems engineering and assurance principles on major projects.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
