Our light-filled and spacious long day care Centre features a resident pet turtle and guinea pigs, a water pump, a fort, vegetable gardens, and a range of age-specific studios and play areas. **Your Role**:
As part of our Trainee program, you will:

- Gain hands-on experience while studying, with full course fees covered and an hourly wage for all hours worked.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
- Assist in creating a safe and stimulating environment that supports the social, cultural, emotional, and educational needs of the children.
- Prepare play and learning materials, and collaborate with your team to extend children’s learning through intentional teaching and spontaneous play.

**Requirements**:

- Genuine interest in a long-term career in Early Childhood Education.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- Commitment to a 12-month traineeship program.
- WWCC Employee card or willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC for VIC state).
- Availability to be a Trainee from Monday to Friday (full time).
