Full-Time Sales Associate for Accessories Stop

We're excited to announce an opening for a full-time Sales Associate position at Accessories Stop Liverpool Westfield. Accessories Stop is a dynamic and customer-focused jewellery chain with multiple locations across Sydney, NSW. We're seeking fashion lovers with excellent styling skills and great taste to be part of our team We offer a range of affordable, high-quality products in a fast-growing, vibrant retail environment.

**Requirements**:

- Right to work in Australia as a full-time employee.
- A love for fashion, excellent styling skills, and great taste in helping customers look their best.
- Customer-oriented mindset, readiness to serve, emotionally stable, and engaging personality.
- Motivated to drive and exceed sales targets.
- Solid communication skills.

**The Opportunity**:

- Greet and acknowledge customers walking in.
- Assist customers with sales inquiries and provide expert styling advice.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assist with stock transfers and stock ordering.
- Handle payment receipt using the POS system.
- Manage damaged stock and warranty claims.
- Replenish sold items from the drawer to fill empty shelf slots on a timely manner.

**Interview Preparation**:
We care deeply about maintaining high standards in customer service, sales performance, and organizational skills. During your interview, be prepared to discuss the following:

- A time when you went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
- A specific instance where you successfully pushed for additional sales.
- How you manage your time and tasks during a busy workday to stay organized and act quickly.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
