**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Providing supportive care to patients and their families
- Assist patients with their daily living activities.
- Performing delegated tasks to support the clinical teams.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will be a positive and effective team player who brings excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.

You will demonstrate:

- Certificate III in Health Service Assistance - ideally with HLTAIN001 unit completed.
- 2 years proven experience in an acute care hospital setting or similar
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
- Available to work a flexible roster over 7 days a week.
- Understanding of infection control principles.

**Remuneration**:On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $28.94 - $31.43 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances**

**Requirements**:
