The Role

Responsible for ensuring we have as accurate information about our GPs as possible. You “own” the GP administrative system and keep this up to date by working with multiple stakeholders across the business. Daily tasks include data entry, responding to queries, managing registers and occasional reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- “Own” the GP administrative system and ensure it is fully accurate at all times
- Maintain the AHPRA register
- Ad hoc reporting

Experience & attributes
- Relevant tertiary degree - management or similar
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
- Proven ability to manage systems, registers and reporting
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to work through challenges
- Accuracy of process management
- Attention to detail is critical
- Basic Excel and Word skills essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders
- A proven self-starter who can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence and autonomy
