Client Description

Do you want to work with an ethically minded indie agency?

This is a great opportunity for Account Managers in Melbourne who want to work for an agency that genuinely cares about its clients.

You’ll be part of a small team with a junior AM direct report, creating and implementing SEO strategies across an existing set of clients. The agency is well established and going through growth so it’s an opportunity to progress your career and take ownership of your accounts. There’s excellent earning potential with a 5-10% on total account commission scheme across $45-50k/mth accounts.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in either a small or large agency delivering SEO or SEM campaigns and strategies
- It’s a small team so culture fit is vital, the role will suit someone ethically minded and autonomous
- Excellent communication and client services skills
- Comfortable managing and mentoring junior AMs and interns
- Proficient in SEO, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster
