**Perioperative Services Manager**

**Permanent Full Time - 80 hours per fortnight**
- Classification_: Registered Nurse - NUM 3 (NM11)_
- Award_: _Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2024_

And we are seeking an energetic and dynamic Perioperative Services Manager to not only lead our perioperative team but also play a key role in our hospital rebuild that commences very soon.

Theatre operates 6 days per week with a variety of lists including general surgery, scopes, ENT and gynaecology. This role is responsible for providing customer-oriented clinical, operational leadership to the team and ongoing development of practice guidelines and protocols in concert with collaborative patient management.

**Qualifications / Experience**
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Current knowledge and experience in Operating Procedures, Pre Admissions and Sterilising Operations, with relevant Post Graduate qualifications or working towards same
- Three years leadership experience
- Exceptional, relevant clinical knowledge and management expertise - minimum of 3 years' experience in a Perioperative Suite
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in departmental financial budgeting and the ability to utilize information technology to enhance practice
- Working knowledge of national standards, regulations and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence and patient experience
