**About the Role**:
We are delighted to present an opportunity for a Rostering Officer to become part of our dynamic, ambitious and fast-growing company.

You will be responsible for providing quality operational support by creating and managing a weekly roster and providing exceptional service to our valued clients and 100+ members of our workforce.

This will be a full-time permanent position working from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

**What you will do**:

- Develop and manage a weekly roster based on client needs and requirements.
- Act as an approachable first point of contact for the workforce, clients, subcontractors and external parties for all roster related queries.
- Manage and respond to roster adjustments throughout the week and implement appropriate solutions with a sense of urgency.
- Work collaboratively and build strong and productive working relationships.
- Work closely with Operations and HR departments to ensure smooth delivery and cost-effective rostering.
- Contribute to the weekly meeting to ensure a high level of communication is achieved, including accurately reporting performance and compliance feedback.
- Manage the internal rostering system by ensuring this remains current and all workforce information is detailed.

**What you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in an Operational, Administrative or Rostering/Scheduling role, with the ability to manage rostering complexities.
- Respond quickly and effectively to find proactive solutions in filling gaps in the roster due to unplanned changes.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communications skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to meet deadlines and work in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated flexibility to accommodate changing needs and/or situations as they arise day to day.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise in a high pressure and busy work environment.
