Lumus Imaging is seeking a talented Roster Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our network of clinics in Queensland. This is your opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and quality of our services.

As our Roster Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of managing staff rosters and schedules across multiple sites. Your responsibilities include creating, updating, and maintaining staff rosters. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you'll optimize schedules to ensure operational efficiency.

This is a full time role with an early start and early finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain staff rosters for multiple sites
- Allocate resources efficiently for optimal operational performance
- Real-time adjustments to schedules for unforeseen circumstances
- Manage locum requirements and annual leave plans
- Collaborate with Operation Managers and Site leads
- Partner with Operations team for clear rostering requirements
- Communicate roster timeframes and timecard cut-off

**About you**:

- Proven experience in roster management or workforce scheduling or experience working in Radiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Adaptability to changing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Vaccination requirements**

As per the Healius Group Vaccination Policy, there may be some vaccination requirements in some Hospital settings.
