Canberra, Australia Chiropractic Life Full time

At Chiropractic Life, we are dedicated to transforming lives and communities through the power of chiropractic care. Established in 2015 with our flagship practice located in Darwin NT, we now have over 45 locations across Australia and NZ and we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of chiropractic care, with a focus on results and empowering our practice members in their health journey.

Our people are a caring and dedicated team, have a big vision and share a growth mindset. We are passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and our mission to create healthy, vibrant and active communities.

**About the Role**

The purpose of the Area Coordinator is to support the Chiropractors and Chiropractic Assistants within their area, enabling high levels of performance and service to our practice members. This role has an operational focus, with the aim to support team members in their development, providing exceptional service delivery to practice members, act as first point of resolution for issues and conflict, and to promote the Chiropractic Life Values at all times.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will be someone who is autonomous and able to make accurate decisions quickly. You will be a leader who lifts up their team and pushes them to be a better person daily. Chiropractic Life thrives as a collaborative team, and you will take your position within that team and encourage others to do the same. This does not mean that you engage in lemming behaviour, rather you encourage healthy communication and debate. Ideally, you will have a background in, passion for, or interest in Chiropractic (other experience in Allied Health is beneficial too).
