**About You**
As a strong leader with experience in managing customer service and allocations teams, you have a solid track record of improving key performance indicators in customer service, such as on-time delivery and service rate. Your background will include working in a dynamic, time-critical environment, with transportation and logistics being a key element of the business. Experience in an industrial setting, particularly with internal collaboration operations and sales, is highly desirable. Your systems focus, with either knowledge of the systems used in customer service for allocations and planning will support you to hit the ground running. Ideally, you will have experience in the concrete industry or a similar sector.

Your human skills are just as important, with strong team management abilities and a focus on fostering a positive team culture being essential. You should be adept at building relationships with various stakeholders, such as plant and operations managers, and capable of working harmoniously with other teams. Resilience and adaptability are key in handling the pressures of a dynamic, time-critical environment. A growth mindset, showing a willingness to improve and progress in your role and career, is also crucial.
