**About the Opportunity**:
The Radioisotope team is at the forefront of developing and translating cutting-edge medical radioisotopes, while also playing a key role in rejuvenating ANSTO's nuclear medicine manufacturing processes for the state-of-the-art Nuclear Medicine Manufacture Facility.

In our pursuit of excellence, we are actively seeking an esteemed Senior Radiochemistry Manager to lead our team of highly skilled radioisotope radiochemists. We require a leader with a substantial track record in radiochemical development, manufacturing, and translation. Your expertise in this field is essential.

Your ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with key stakeholders will be indispensable in achieving our goals. Strategic thinking, efficient resource allocation, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills are your strengths. These skills are fundamental to ANSTO's commitment to enabling and delivering radioisotopes of national significance. **About You**:
**Your Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide scientific leadership and specialist expertise in radioisotopes separation and automation to improve or renew radioisotope manufacture, leading to the delivery of new radioisotopes or technologies.
- Lead and manage routine radioisotope production and propose, evaluate, validate, and execute new and improved manufacturing methods for routine supply of radioisotopes to user communities.
- Lead and support the creation, development and execution of early-stage radioisotope separation and technologies. To support and develop radiochemistry capabilities, ANSTO business and external commercial and academic partners.
- Lead and support the translation of new radioisotope manufacturing processes for product commercialisation or clinical research provision. Evaluate, validate, and execute new and improved manufacturing methods for routine supply of radioisotopes, using sound knowledge of the principles of Good Manufacture Practice (GMP).
