Operations Coordinator

Our Disability Sector client is going through a period of peak workflow due to growth and require the help of an ongoing Temp to assist the current team with their volume of work until they hire permanently.

This roles offers an immediate start in a fun team environment where you can make a difference in the community.
- NORTHERN SYDNEY SUBURBS OFFICE LOCATION
- OFFICE CLOSE TO TRAIN LINE, 10 MINS WALK
- $34ph+super
- 6 month contract
- immediate start available, will accommodate 1 week notice period
- flexi 8am - 6pm working hours, PT hours, 3 DAYS A WEEK

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Are you solutions focused, do you enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and want to ensure you provide great customer service?

**About You**:

- You must have great customer service skills, demonstrated administrative experience and problem solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Any previous NDIS, HEALTH, Disability sector scheduling knowledge would be ideal. Client very open to background, previous NDIS knowledge is an advantage but not necessary.
- Confidence to manage workload in a fast pace environment with initiative and an ability to problem solve.

**Essentials**:
This role will require you to be covid vaxxed, and have a police clearance.
May need to achieve a NDIS or WWCC check.
