**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a **Technical Support Officer** to be part of our Microsoft Infrastructure Platform, Technology & Communication Services Command. The Technical Support Officer provides broad-ranging support to users, undertake hardware engineering and software configuration activities, troubleshoots and resolves issues across NSWPF ICT environment.

You will be working and supporting end users with many technologies such as Microsoft 365, Configuration Manager, Exchange online, Teams.
