**The Opportunity**
Working within the Shared Services team in conjunction with Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for supporting the rollout of our Procure to Pay Process across the business, utilising Microsoft Dynamics 365. Working on a
**permanent full-time** basis, you will be based in our
**South Brisbane** head office.

Reporting to the Shared Services Manager Finance, this is a diverse role where you will be involved in all aspects of the Procure to Pay rollout whilst being in a high-volume Accounts Payable Team, working to support our sites, head office and suppliers to embrace the D365 P2P system to ensure efficient invoice processing, exception management and payment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage relationships with staff, as well as our Suppliers and Third-Party Stakeholders, in the resolution of Accounts Payable / Procurement queries
- Drive standardisation and business compliance in the Procure to Pay (P2P) process and systems with both suppliers and business users
- Develop user guides for system processes and provide training to end users as required
- Support and advise users on best practice procurement administration that ultimately works seamlessly with our Accounts Payable automation
- Undertake and implement improvement initiatives seeking out automation and efficiency wins
- Provide support to the Accounts Payable team through driving P2P compliance and providing appropriate coverage in the processing of supplier invoices, resolving discrepancies, and preparing payments

- Experience in procurement processes
- Proven ability to prioritise your workload and plan ahead, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Ability to use your intermediate Excel skills to effectively analyse data and generate reports
- Engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, build strong relationships, and contribute to a collaborative work environment
- With a sharp eye for detail, you will maintain a strong level of accuracy
