Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and managing financial matters with precision?

We seek and experienced and dedicated individual for the role of Client Service Officer to play a crucial role in managing a customer caseload, delivering excellent customer service to external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage proactively with customers, building rapport, understanding their financial needs, and consulting to align services with their aspirations.
- Actively listen to customer and stakeholder concerns and inquiries, resolving issues that are arising
- Deliver high-quality, respectful, consistent, empathetic, and timely services in accordance
- Collaborate closely internal stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes that meet customer needs.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a coordinated approach to customer matters.
- Access required systems and processes to support the management of customer matters and actively contribute to suggestions for improvement.
- Escalate complex matters and substantial complaints to the Senior Client Service Officer or Principal Client Service Officer, as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in financial management services and customer service roles will be highly regarded.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Capability to work collaboratively with a team, ensuring a coordinated and customer-focused approach.
