**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced Financial Performance Reporting Manager to join our Generation and Development (G&D) Finance team in this full-time permanent position. Reporting to the General Manager Finance, Generation and Development, this role will partner with G&D business units to provide timely and insightful business performance reporting.

**Duties**:

- Developing cascading reporting incorporating financial and non-financial information explaining business performance to support G&D Leadership team, and other stakeholders (including sites)
- Collaborating with the accounting team to improve timeliness and accuracy of the financial close process
- Maintaining visibility of historic and forward looking key financial KPIs (including ROCE and Cash Conversion) for the Generation & Development business
- Maintaining an ongoing view of financial risk and opportunities for the business and work with the business to understand or implement tactics to deliver budget
- Using industry benchmarks, and trends to understand business performance

**Skills and experience**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, business, commerce or finance
- CPA/CA or MBA
- Extensive experience in the full range of financial activities - reporting & analysis.
- Knowledge of capital-intensive industries, and/or energy
- Strong financial management ability
