**About the Role**

As a **Behaviour Support Practitioner**, you will:
Develop and implement **positive behaviour support plans**
Conduct **functional assessments** and develop intervention strategies
Work collaboratively with **clients, families, and support networks**
Provide **training and support** to carers and support workers
Ensure all interventions are aligned with **NDIS guidelines**

**What We’re Looking For**

✔ A qualification in **Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or a related field**
✔ **Minimum 1.5 years of experience** in **positive behaviour support** and working with individuals with disabilities
✔ NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**
✔ Commitment to **person-centered, evidence-based practices**
