**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately assess and document customer vehicle concerns and service requirements.
- Collaborate with their skilled technicians to schedule and prioritise repairs efficiently.
- Provide customers with regular updates on repair progress and costs.
- Generate repair estimates and communicate pricing information clearly.
- Ensure timely completion of repairs and coordinate vehicle pick-up with customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer loyalty.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of their service department.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar service advisor role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of concrete pumps or automotive repairs is a plus.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
