The BD, Marketing & Internal Communications Administrator provides efficient and proactive administrative support to the BD and Marketing (BDM) and People and Culture (P&C) teams in a variety of business development and marketing related activities.

**_About the Role_**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic Marketing, BD and Communications Administrator to join our team. This role will support our BD and Marketing and People and Culture Teams in a variety of business development, marketing and people focussed initiatives.

This role is full time, reporting to the Business Development & Marketing Director with day to day collaboration with both teams. As our Marketing, BD and Internal Communications Administrator you will:

- Assist with general administrative tasks such as updating the firm’s award database, maintaining merchandise stock levels, processing membership renewals, event registrations, ordering business cards and payment of marketing invoices.
- Design and prepare marketing material such as invitations, staff newsletters and other marketing collateral.
- Plan, organise and coordinate events across the firm.
- Update CRM information and archive marketing campaign lists as directed to ensure data quality
- Provide high level and confidential administrative support to the BD team on client market initiatives.
- Support the capture and distribution of client feedback survey results.
- Work with the BD team to maintain capability statements, CV’s and an up-to-date experience database.
- Assisting with onboarding new starters and preparing induction materials.

**About You**
If you are a recent marketing graduate or a senior administrator who can demonstrate that you are highly organised, with strong verbal and written communication skills, this role is for you.
- We are looking for someone who has a 'can do' attitude, is driven, curious and has a willingness to learn. You will be a team player and have the ability to collaborate with all levels of seniority, with a strong client service focus.
- You will work in a fast paced environment, with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, and need high levels of attention to detail and time management. You will use your excellent communication skills and proactive nature to develop strong internal and external relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
- You are also degree qualified in marketing, business, communications or a related field, and have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat is an advantage, but not essential.**_About us_**
