NPMR Pty Ltd t/a Baker Bleu Double Bay, is seeking experienced Bakers to join the team. As one of Australia’s most respected Bakery brands, this is an opportunity to work with some of the most highly respected professionals in the industry. An opportunity to be part of an experienced team in a state-of-the-art kitchen and a world-class retail setting.

This is a full-time position that will see you work closely with the entire team but report to the Senior Management and Restaurant Owners. Your principal responsibility will be to successfully execute the preparation and bake of the day. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Assisting with the mixing process of the correct quantity of doughs and starter as per recipe cards and daily production sheets, ensuring correct flours, yeast and ingredients are fresh and in date and following the mixing sheet in the prescribed and logical manner.
- The process of kneading, proving, cutting, shaping, scoring, and molding goods to be baked.
- The process of loading proved loaves, baking, monitoring oven temperatures and baking times. Unloading, de-panning and cooling baked goods before assisting with glazing and decorating products as required.
- Assisting with operating, using and cleaning all preparation and baking machinery within the commercial kitchen.
- Assisting with cleaning and preparing all molds trays and baking equipment for next use.
- Assisting the team in the day-to-day production and the preparation of dough and loaves for the following days baking.
- Maintaining as safe and responsible workplace at all times.

Requirements for the position:
a) Relevant Qualification and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or 3 years of relevant experience in a similar bakery/kitchen environment ;
b) Keen attention to detail, focus, punctuality, and an ability to multitask while remaining focused on the execution of the mornings bake in a timely manner
