We are currently looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to join our Digital and Data Team here at API. Th e Partnerships Coordinator is accountable for supporting the day-to-day management of the partnerships program to drive direct growth to the Digital & Data P&L.

**About the Role**:
**The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Support the execution of the Digital & Data Strategy as it pertains to Partnerships, driving growth in our P&L
- Maintain a view of the effort required to execute and deliver the partnerships program, identifying opportunities to increase efficiencies and demonstrate a return on team members’ time.
- Work collaboratively with both external and internal stakeholders to lead the proactive management, maintenance, and optimisation of our partnerships program
- Drive the ongoing development of a customer service culture across the organisation, supported by effective policy and process frameworks and responsive customer service systems to embed best practice customer-centric behaviours
- Boldly challenge the status quo and provide digital thought leadership to API leaders and executives
- Work with marketing and brand teams to collaboratively execute the customers/partners engagement strategy
- Collaborate across all API functions, ensuring technology is not bound by structural teams
- Perform operational tasks to support the day-to-day management and delivery of the loyalty program
- Deliver services as prescribed in the Service Catalogue.
- Ensure best practices and processes across the digital team for the consistent delivery of projects

**About you**:
- Minimum 2 years’ partnerships experience
- Demonstrate the ability to use data, knowledge and experience to identify problems potentially impacting teams or programs and proactively develop and implement effective solutions.
- Assist in Leading, supporting and managing change within teams, understanding the impact on the team and taking ownership for implementation of change.
- Demonstrate the capability to communicate clearly and concisely ensuring messages are understood by all within the team using a range of communication techniques. Ability to express ideas clearly, listen effectively and provide feedback constructively.
- Lead continuous improvement activities and encourage team members to identify ineffective processes and contribute to new ideas and ways of working.

**Education/Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualification (Business, Marketing, Design, Service Design, or related field)
