Our Applications team within Information Management and Technology Services is seeking an Applications Analyst to join our team of Applications and Infrastructure specialists.
**Purpose**:
**About the role**:
The role reports to the Coordinator, Applications Management. In this role you will:
- Lead on transitioning new and improved services into the live environment and supporting customers during the change.
- Manage a caseload of escalated support cases including managing vendors and suppliers.
- Identify and develop requirements and deliver projects with a continuous improvement focus.
**About you**:
To excel in the role, you will have:
- Knowledge of change, release and deployment processes from ITIL.
- Ability to manage a caseload of operational support requests.
- Skilled in consulting and sharing information, problem solving and working collaboratively.
